Instead of firing this person, Management (Victor and Dawn) allowed me to take 2 weeks to retrain him and after that he did amazing!
I love this memory because it shows me how much Speakeasy invested in employees and how attitude meant so much more than even skill levels. That is very rare in companies that can seem so heartless.
