Another favorite memory of mine is, one of my employees, who shall remain nameless, was really struggling with learning the technology, but was a very dedicated employee and had a great attitude.

Instead of firing this person, Management (Victor and Dawn) allowed me to take 2 weeks to retrain him and after that he did amazing!

I love this memory because it shows me how much Speakeasy invested in employees and how attitude meant so much more than even skill levels. That is very rare in companies that can seem so heartless.

Speakeasy was full of heart at all times. I have a million examples of this kind of corporate integrity and employee investment.
