My favorite memories of Speakeasy were the people.
Everybody wanted to work there, and much respect was given no matter the job or department.
When I first started, working weekends was always enjoyable, with everybody in good spirits, then hanging out together after work.
Reflecting on my time at Speakeasy, I remember the intelligence and diversity of each individual.
Elsewhere would have hesitated giving someone with a bunch of piercings and dressed in all black access to all the company secrets.
Speakeasy management, as well as peers, were able to take individuality as a sign of intelligence, not a lack of.
